FIRST QUALIFYING ROUND
The first round will be seeded based on the most recent
IWWF ranking score.

SECOND QUALIFYING ROUND
Reverse order from first round result.

HEAD TO HEAD FINAL MEN + WOMEN SLALOM / TOP 8
Based on single best result from the 2 rounds. 
In case of a tie for last spot, back up score will count.
If tie persists there will be a run off to enter the final.

STARTING SPEEDS
MEN (8)> 13 meters
WOMEN (8)> 14.25 meters

MEN (4)> 12 meters
WOMEN (4)> 13 meters

MEN (2)> 11 meters
WOMEN (2)> 12 meters

PLACEMENT
Tie for the first place to be broken by a run off.  Ties for all other places to be broken by back up scores and if perfect ties persist then no run offs and placement and cash will equally shared.

The highest ranked skier will remain the top seed throughout the entire head-to-head.

The highest ranked skier will chose to go first or second OR will chose the boat. The second ranked skier has the choice of the remaining option.

The skier going out second, needs to beat the score of the first in order to win the pair.

Exceptionally to determine place 1 and 2 in the finals (only in the finals), in case of tie, there will be a run-off to determine the winner.

3rd and 4th place will be based on the higher Final 4 score. Places 5th till 8th will be based on the best single score in the Final 8. Any tie for placement will be broken by the back up score from the qualifying rounds. In case of a perfect tie, the cash will be equally shared.
